Below you will find the Newcastle United player ratings from fans for the 2019/20 Premier League so far.
Which Newcastle players have thrived, or not, since the season kicked off?
Eight PL games in and what do the Newcastle United player ratings tell us?
Each game we ask Newcastle fans to give us their ratings on every player, a collective result for all players from the overall supporter voting.
Newcastle have kicked off with two wins, two draws and four defeats.
Here are the average marks for each player from these eight games, we have only used ratings from games players have started (sub appearances are difficult to compare like for like with those who start, as some subs may play only a minute or two etc.) and how many starts is in brackets after each NUFC player.
9.0 Matty Longstaff (1)
7.4 Ciaran Clark (1)
7.2 DeAndre Yedlin (1)
6.5 Allan Saint-Maximin (2)
6.0 Martin Dubravka (8)
6.0 Fabian Schar (8)

Leaving aside those players who have only started one/very few games, although of course Matty Longstaff and Allan Saint-Maximin played very well on Sunday.
Of those players who have played five or more games, Martin Dubravka (6.0) and Fabian Schar (6.0) stand out.
Defensive players once again showing themselves so far to be where Newcastle have their greatest strength.
At the other end of the pitch, the lack of attacking threat so far is summed up by both Miguel Almiron and Joelinton averaging only 4.8.
