9.15pm: It’s finally done – Alex Iwobi has joined Everton from Arsenal on a five-year contract.
8.50pm: Fulham have signed Bobby Reid on loan from Cardiff, with a view to a permanent move.

8.15pm: Wolves have signed Meritan Shabani from Bayern Munich.
7.50pm: Fulham have signed Harrison Reed on a season’s loan from Fulham.
7.35pm: Sky are reporting that the Premier League have received deal sheets for David Luiz to Arsenal and Alex Iwobi to Everton.
7.17pm: Cardiff sign Marlon Pack from Bristol City.
7.16pm: Huddersfield have loaned goalkeeper Ben Hamer to Derby.
7.04pm: Luke Bolton has joined Luton on loan from Man City.

6.39pm: Jamie Paterson has joined Derby on a season-long loan from Bristol City.
6.38pm: Hull have confirmed the signing of Callum Elder from Leicester on a permanent basis.
6.31pm: Sheffield United have signed goalkeeper Michael Verrips from KV Mechelen.

6.20pm: Southampton are facing a race against time to confirm the signing of defender Kevin Danso from Augsburg, say the BBC.
6.18pm: Burnley have loaned Nahki Wells back to QPR.
6.14pm: Arsenal have agreed an £8m fee with Chelsea for David Luiz, with a two-year contract ready, claim Sky.

5.45pm: Huddersfield have completed the signing ofon a season-long loan from Chelsea.
5.33pm: BBC and Sky report that Premier League say six deal sheets have been receieved which gives teh clubs until 7pm to complete any prospective transfer.

5.07pm: Sky reporting that Marcos Rojo will not be joining Everton.
5.03pm: Everton have agreed a deal to sign Arsenal and Nigeria winger Alex Iwobi for a fee in the region of £35-40m, claim the BBC.
5.02pm: Hull have signed Matthew Pennington on loan from Everton.
5.00pm: The window has closed, but Premier League clubs still have two hours to get their deals ratified.
4.53pm: Kieran Tierney has completed his move from Celtic to Arsenal.

4.51pm: Andy Carroll confirms he has returned to Newcastle on a one-year deal.
4.49pm: Arsenal have begun discussing new contracts with Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – but they have not signed new deals yet, claim the Daily Mirror.
4.34pm: BBC reporting that Sheffield United are looking to try and sign Mo Besic on loan from Everton.
4.18pm: Leeds have confirmed Eddie Nketiah.

3.20pm: BBC reporting that Tottenham have signed Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon on a five-year deal for £25m.
3.19pm: Man City set to sign 19-year-old defender Pedro Porro from sister club Girona, claim Sky.
3.10pm: Millwall have signed goalkeeper Luke Steele on loan from N Forest.
2.50pm: Andy Carroll has agreed a return to Newcastle in a pay-as-you-play deal, claim the Chronicle.
2.48pm: Scott Carson is heading for the Etihad Stadium, Derby said on their official Twitter feed on Thursday afternoon: “(Rams boss Phillip) Cocu says that while the deal is not yet complete, it is possible that @SCarsonOfficial will join Manchester City today.”
2.35pm: As we told you this morning, Stoke have signed Cameron Carter Vickers on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent move.

2.15pm: Charlie Austin has passed his medical and agreed a £4m deal to join West Brom from Southampton.
2.07pm: Sky Sports are claiming that there is no loan fee involved in Scott Carson’s surprise move to Manchester City from Derby. City are taking over the goalkeeper’s wages.

1.40pm: David Neres has revealed he turned down an offer from Manchester United before signing a new contract at Ajax.
1.26pm: Jurgen Klopp on whether Liverpool are ready to bring Philippe Coutinho back to Anfield: “No answer. How we deal with these things in the past gives us the opportunity to make no comment.”
The Reds boss has been speaking at his press conference ahead of Friday night’s Premier League opener v Norwich and also commented on whether Liverpool would be making any signings today, adding: “Not likely so if you have something else to do, go and do it.”
1.20pm: Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater is close to signing for Burnley on season-long loan, according to BBC Sport.
1.11pm: Talk now that Marcos Rojo’s proposed move to Everton could be a permanent one and not a loan as United want the cash.

12.29pm: Portuguese tabloid Correio da Manha claims that Bruno Fernandes’ agent, Miguel Pinho, is looking to ‘accelerate’ a deal to Man Utd but that any move now seems dead.
12.15pm: Hang on just a minute, Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Dybala to Tottenham could STILL BE ON. The latest reports suggest that a loan deal could be on the cards, with Dybala maintaining his image rights. Going to one of those afternoons!
11.50am: Brighton are close to signing Huddersfield playmaker Aaron Mooy.
11.33am: Giovani Lo Celso has touched down in London to undergo his medical ahead of a move to Tottenham. Some confusion though over whether it will be a £55m deal or a loan with an obligation to buy. We will know one way or another before 5pm!
11.15am: Manchester United are reportedly looking to wrap up a £96million double Deadline Day swoop for two strikers before the 5pm cut off. Full story right here…
11.00am: Newcastle have completed the signing of Swedish defender Emil Krafth from French side Amiens, while local reporters are claiming the club are considering a move for old boy Andy Carroll.
The 25-year-old right-back, who helped Sweden reach the quarter-finals at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, has signed an initial four-year contract at St. James’ Park.

10.45am: DYBALA UPDATE : Tottenham’s proposed move for Paulo Dybala is OFF, according to BBC Sport correspondent David Ornstein, after Juventus decided not to sell the Argentina international.

10.25am: Man Utd defender Marcos Rojo could be on his way to Everton in a loan deal, according to ESPN’s Rob Dawson.
10.17am: Southampton’s Player of the Season, Nathan Redmond, has signed a new four-year contract. He’s been linked with a move to the big boys this summer, but is happy to stick with Saints.

9.56am: Sky Sports are reporting that Sampdoria’s Belgian midfielder Dennis Praet has arrived at Leicester’s training ground to undergo a medical and discuss personal terms over a proposed £18m switch to the KP.
9.41am: West Ham have completed the £8m signing of 22-year-old Switzerland international striker Albian Ajeti from FC Basel.

8.06am: Arsenal have reportedly reached an agreement to sign David Luiz from Chelsea for a paltry £8m, while Kieran Tierney is also set for a medical ahead of his £25m switch from Celtic.
7.56am: Spanish newspaper Sport reports that Real Madrid are set to offer Paris St-Germain £110m plus Luka Modric to sign Neymar. Sounds like a decent deal to us?
7.49am: Looks like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has got his wish as Man Utd agree a fee with Inter Milan for Romelu Lukaku. United, meanwhile, are said to be back in talks with Juventus over a move for Mario Mandzukic.

7.37am: Tottenham are out of the blocks quickly on what looks like it will be a busy day for them, with a deal agreed for Ryan Sessegnon.
7.30am: Some business went through late on Wednesday evening, with Man City wrapping up a swap deal for Juventus full-back Joao Cancelo, with Danilo heading in the opposite direction.
7.30am: Everton were also in business as they completed the season-long loan signing of Monaco defender Djibril Sidibe.
